CARD FILLETING (Clothing)

The "count" of card wire is based on the number of points or crowns covering 1-in. in length and 4-in. in width of fillet. Then always 10 crowns or 20 points to the inch longitudinally of the sheet. Thus: - Number of crowns per sq. in. - 2.5 = count. Number of crowns X 2.5 = crowns per sq. in. Number of crowns X 5 = points per sq. in. Number of crowns X 720 = points per sq. feet
